Los Olivos School has made concerted efforts to implement the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) by planning to offer extended learning through summer school and intersession programs. However, despite our best intentions, we have faced significant challenges in securing the necessary faculty and staffing to operate these programs effectively.

Due to these staffing shortages, we currently do not have a formal ELO-P implementation plan in place. We understand that this may impact our ability to retain full ELO-P funding, as program implementation is a key component of continued eligibility.

We remain committed to exploring alternative staffing solutions and partnerships in the future in order to meet the goals of the ELO-P and support our students beyond the traditional school day.
